Our Mission

The Sharks is a competitive swimming program dedicated to providing an opportunity for young swimmers to compete in a fair and fun environment. We are dedicated to helping kids learn the importance of teamwork and sportsmanship.

Eligibility

The St. William the Abbot Sharks swim program is open to members of the parish and non-members as well. Participants must be between the ages of 7 and 18, and must not yet have graduated high school. If you live in a parish that has a swim team you are encouraged to swim with that parish.

How To Use This Site:

If you are having trouble viewing some of the reports listed on the left, you probably need to download the Adobe Acrobat Reader.

This website is intended primarily for parents and swimmers to get up to date information on practice and meet schedules, to view results of meets, and to see how the Sharks are doing. When you select the Meet or Team Record information on the left, swimmer numbers are used in place of names to protect privacy. If you're not sure of your swimmer number, ask one of the coaches.

Location Information:

Practices are held at Farmingdale College's Nold Hall. The Shark's home meets will be held at the Nassau County Aquatic Center at Eisenhower Park.
