ECHO PARK POOL
Roosevelt Blvd., West Hempstead – Take Southern State Parkway to Exit 17 North (Hempstead Ave). Drive two traffic lights north and turn slight left on to Nassau Blvd (Exxon station on left and Catholic church on the right). Proceed about ½ - ¾ mile and you will see Echo Park on the East side on the street. Turn right on to Roosevelt Blvd. at the traffic light. Please note that the time is NOT a misprint; it is 7:20 AM!
HOFSTRA UNIVERSITY SWIM CENTER
Our practice pool - To the Main Entrance From the Meadowbrook Parkway: Take Meadowbrook Parkway to Route 24 (Hempstead Turnpike) WEST... Stay on 24W for about one mile ... Pass Nassau Coliseum ... Hofstra University is on both sides of Hempstead Turnpike ... You will see two overhead walkways ... For the North Campus Main Entrance, make the first right after the first overhead walkway.
When you pass the gate house you are on Hostra Boulevard. Go to the second stop sign and make a right onto Northern Boulevard. The first large building on your right is the Physical Fitness Center. The Pool is at the rear of this building. Parking is limited near the pool entrance. You may be better off parking in the lots along Northern Boulevard and walking the length of the building to get to the pool.

NASSAU COUNTY AQUATIC CENTER – EISENHOWER PARK
Located just off of Merrick Avenue, north of Hempstead Turnpike (NY 24). The Aquatic Center’s parking lot is quite small and fills quickly. There is a large lot south of the pool; it’s the first right-hand turn off of Merrick Avenue just north of Hempstead Turnpike. You can drop the swimmers off in the Aquatic Center’s lot and park in the south lot.
BETHPAGE HIGH SCHOOL
Seaford-Oyster Bay Expressway (NY 135) North - Get off at the Plainview Road/Plainview exit - Make a left at the end of the exit ramp and go back under the expressway - At the fork in the road, bear right - School building will be on your left hand side. The pool entrance is in the rear of the building.
FARMINGDALE HIGH SCHOOL
Woodward Parkway, Farmingdale - From the West – Take Broadway (Massapequa) north until the end at Boundary Avenue. Turn right onto Boundary Ave, cross over Bethpage Parkway and Boundary becomes Merritts Road. Take Merritts Road going north for 1/10 mile and turn right (east) onto Fallwood Parkway. Take Fallwood Parkway to Woodward Parkway (approximately 2/3 mile). Turn right onto Woodward (south) to the end., you will see the high school’s parking lot.
From the East – Take Carmans Road to Fallwood Parkway. Turn onto to Fallwood Parkway (going west) until Woodward Parkway. Turn left onto Woodward Parkway (south) to the end and the high school’s parking lot is on the left.
